Since there is 2-3 people asking me the recipe for the white sauce, here it is..
1tb Olive Oil/ Corn Oil
1 1/2tb Flour
1 1/2 cup Fresh Milk
Parmesan/ Cheddar/ Mozzarella Cheese
1. Heat the oil, and fry the flour. Whisk it evenly.
2. Pour a cup of milk and stir until thick.
3. Mix the cheese according to your taste.
For me, I'm a have very strong tastebud.. So I preferred to eat it with Aglio e olio and add some chilli flakes into it..
This one is my first time making white sauce, so a little bit thick. It is better if you let it cook longer for the flour cooked properly. But don't let it burn!
