Blueberry Pancake!

Long time no write.. hihihi..

Mood panaskan dapur tak merasuk diri ini lagi buat masa ni.. So the dish that easy for me is PANCAKE! 
Today's brekkie is Blueberry Pancake!
.
Mix all these ingredient: 
1. Flour / Tepung Gandum 
2. Egg / Telur
3. Sugar / Gula
4. Milk / Susu 
5. Melted butter / Mentega yang telah dicairkan
6. Baking powder / Serbuk penaik
7. Blueberry Jam
.
.
I don't have milk and baking powder this morning, so I just used anything that I have only.. 
You can also use BLENDER to mix all the ingredient,faster and fluffier.. 
.
.
Heat up your pan and let it cook..
.
.
YES! Not that attractive.. I made a mistake during mix the ingredient and this is the result.. Hihihi..
But still can be eat.. 
I ate it with Butter and Blueberry Jam.. Just like a waffle.. 
.

 The complete set of my unplanned breakfast.. Rarely cook for breakfast so not a good combination tho..

Kuih Gunting

Hello Hai 안녕하새요!

Ke berapa kalinya Eyka tangguh nak tulis entry ni.. mood tak sampai katanya..
hihihi..

Entry kali ni, resepi dari nenek Eyka turun ke mak Eyka.. Mak pun turunkan kat Eyka.. 
Setiap tahun mesti buat untuk raya. Even lepas raya kalau dah habis pun kitorang akan buat lagi, nak topup yang dah habis..

Resepi: Kuih Gunting
.
.
Ikan bilis + Udang Kering + Jintan Manis + Jintan Putih = Kisar halus
Untuk tepung gandum 1kg, pakai 2 biji telur
.
.
Daun bawang + Daun Sup = Cincang halus
Senang gaul bagi rata dengan tepung nanti
.
1/4 dari bungkusan Margerine macam yang Eyka pakai ni..
Kalau Buttercup boleh pakai sebuku tu.. Cairkan untuk gaulkan dengan doh nanti
.
.
Tepung gandum 1kg + Tepung Ubi 1 cawan
.
.
Satu lagi Eyka lupa snap gambar, SANTAN! 
.
.
Campurkan semua bahan-bahan tadi. Tambah GARAM..
Masukkan santan dan marjerin tadi secara bergilir-gilir..
Uli doh sampai doh tak melekat ditangan dan lembut..
.
.
 Canai doh dan masak sekejap je atas non-stick pan untuk memudahkan urusan menggunting nanti..hihihi
Canai jangan terlalu tebal, jangan terlalu nipis.. teksture berbeza bergantung kepada ketebalan..
.
.
Dah siap gunting kecil-kecil, bolehlah mula goreng kuih gunting tadi..
Api kecil saja, jangan besar-besar.. Nanti cepat hangus..
Kuih gunting jadi macam ni lepas goreng.. 
Extra tips: Masa gaul doh, lebihkan marjerin agar lepas goreng nanti tak keras sangat.. Selesa buat kunyah-kunyah..

( Look a bit dry, but when you mix it all up, a very creamy carbonara with perfect taste of cheese is what you will get. It took me awhile to finish the whole plate. )

Inspired by Writer Kim Poong from Please Take Care of My Refridgerator, I have made a simple and easy Garlic Bread..

1. Prepare your bread. 

2. Prepare your garlic mixing. Flour, black pepper, salt, italian herbs, hot oil and garlic as much as you want..


3. Coat it and fry it!

White Sauce

Hello Hi 안녕하새요! 

Since there is 2-3 people asking me the recipe for the white sauce, here it is..

1tb Olive Oil/ Corn Oil
1 1/2tb Flour
1 1/2 cup Fresh Milk
Parmesan/ Cheddar/ Mozzarella Cheese 

1. Heat the oil, and fry the flour. Whisk it evenly. 
2. Pour a cup of milk and stir until thick.
3. Mix the cheese according to your taste. 




Thats all! 

For me, I'm a have very strong tastebud.. So I preferred to eat it with Aglio e olio and add some chilli flakes into it.. 


This one is my first time making white sauce, so a little bit thick. It is better if you let it cook longer for the flour cooked properly. But don't let it burn!

Sambal Ikan Bilis Petai Kikis

Today's recipe is my favourite sambal.. Sambal petai but we kikis them like I will show below..

Yang ini lagi kering, lagi garing, lagi sedap makan..

Makan dengan nasi putih panas-panas lagi sedap..


Kikis kulit petai sampai hilang hitam-hitam dia tu.. 


Lepas tu potong macam ni..


Dah potong-potong macam ni, masak macam masak sambal ikan bilis biasa.. 

Sedap lagi kalau ikan bilis tu ditumbuk sikit..


Biasanya kitorang buat pakai cili padi hijau saja, macam sambal hijau.. Tapi nak kurangkan pedas boleh la tambah cili masak..
