Menu simple tapi mengancam..

ROSEMARY GRILLED CHICKEN
Ayam mantopp.. Gravy A+ eyka bagi.. 
Carrot dah tertelan, tinggal satu je.. Excited, lupa nak snap dulu.. Hahaha

LAMB GRILL.
Trust me.. Besar sebenarnya kambing ni.. 
Dengar-dengar ada yang lagi besar.. huhu

Nah Desert pula..

Ambil waffle yang simple je..
Tak tahu nama apa, boleh lah refer Facebook diorang..

Ada banyak jenis waffle, lupa nak take note semua menu diorang..
Tengok balik gambar ni pun dah terliur..

Bolehlah jemput-jemput try..
Tapi kena tengok kat FB, diorang selalu update buka ke tak.. 
Main redah je, sekali tutup kecewa pula.. paspuhun~

Masak-masak lagi..

Boring-boring, takde mood buat kerja, eyka masak dan makan..
.

1. Nak diet hari tu.. hari-hari makan benda alah ni.. 
Tomyam campur tauhu, tomato, fishball atau meatball, daun bawang. 
kurang garam dan tak pakai minyak.
.
.
 2. Habis diet, mac-n-cheese kau!! 
.
.
3. Eyka google resepi tauhu lembut, kebanyakannya tauhu lembut curah soy sauce..
kita improvise, curah kicap dekat sohon dengan tomato.. baru curah atas tauhu lembut tersebut. 
.
.
 4. Ni housemate beli ayam, minta sikit buat perap.
Perap ayam dengan Rosemary, Mixed Herbs, Paprika dan garam.
Perap paling kurang 30 min, eyka perap semalaman.
Goreng dengan butter, wuuuuu...
Makan dengan roti dah macam kebab lak..

Mitarashi Dango!

Long time no write AGAIN!.. hihihi..
.

I am very busy nowadays..
But last few weeks i made something for my Japanese Class..

Mitarashi Dango!
.
.
Dango is one on the sweet made from flour and its skewered food.
.
.
Normally people will use Mochiko, but i have fusion it into Malay style.. I just use glutinous flour.
Mix with lukewarm water until it become as soft as your dearly earlobe. 
.

Make it round and round like a ball
.
.
there is 2 ways: BOIL IT or STEAM IT.
.
.
Since I have NO STEAMER in my rental house, i boiled it.
.
.
boil until it floating and put in cold water.
.
.
the sauce.. you need soy sauce, sugar, water, corn starch.
.
.
boil water and sugar until the sugar dilute completely..
put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
.
.
If you guys use soy sauce that you bought at Jusco, the one in small packaging..
put 2 of it! Hahaha..
.
.
.
.
mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water, and put in the sauce..
keep on stirring to prevent clump..
.
.
Normally its skewed and grill on pan..
but i don't have skewer, so i just grill it on pan..
grill for a while and do the plating..
.

Thanks to my Japanese Class, so i have a chance to learn a Japanese desert.. I will try others cuisine next time if i have time..
